Cover Letter Question - Best to address cover letter to a specific individual?
I know it's best to address your cover letter to a specific individual but if I'm applying directly through the firm's website, should I still address it to individuals I know at the bank (whom are only analysts)? Wouldn't it look odd if I addressed the cover letter to an analyst that I know there?
