CS TMT vs BAML TMT vs PJT Partners vs Guggenheim
All NY, what are peoples thoughts on this scenario for someone who isn't considering the buyside (so PE placements don't matter) but instead a long term banking career?

Career Resources
All solid places, I would go with PJT. They are growing a lot and their teams are small so it will assure you a good exposure.
Of the 4, would never go to Guggenheim. Even if you want to make a career in banking.
If you want a structured program with reliable exposure to deals, BBs like CS and BAML can certainly offer that.
If you want a lot of responsibilities and smaller team, go with PJT. So whatever your preferences, the other 3 can offer that. I would go to PJT in NY.
PJT - more responsibility on mostly large/mega-cap deals, exposure to senior bankers, better pay, more intelligent co-workers, etc..
PJT
Thanks guys, also leaning that way.
Between the two BB offers, which is better? Thinking BAML but not sure how to differentiate beyond just the few people I've met at each place.
