Deutsche Bank Asset Management SA Chicago's On-campus 1st Interview Advice Needed

Hello fellow monkeys,

I was fortunate enough to be given a chance to interview Deutsche Bank DWS's Asset Management summer analyst position in Chicago. This is my first investment banking interview so any advices will be appreciated.

I go to a non-target school and I major in accounting and finance (Dual Degree). My GPA is 3.65 out of 4.0. I know how to use Analytica, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and Crystal Ball. I have basic programming skills in Visual C++. I am also preparing to take CFA Lv1 this December. Regarding work experiences, I have worked as a finance management specialist for the Army and did brand manager in a Bank.

So, could you guys tell me which area I should focus on regarding an asset management internship? This is my first time interviewing with an Investment Bank and I really want this internship. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

Know your resume inside and out, be able to speak to your strengths, have a well crafted story, and be prepared for the technicals. Not sure why you posed your life story, but don't overthink it, just be yourself.

Kid, take your real name out of your signature and change your username. This is an internet forum, this is not the place to post all your personal private information. People could figure out who you are and ding you or worse because you've given them the keys to your identity.

I am permanently behind on PMs, it's not personal.
