Development Analyst (3rd year) to REPE Analyst?

2nd year analyst at a large developer (Hines, Brookfield, Lendlease), in major metro (non NYC, SF, LA).

I have 2 interviews lined up for analyst positions at good REPE shops in the coming weeks - this brings up my first question, is it advised to make such a move, or should I be targeting associate roles? I am at a great firm, but my end game is at a REPE shop where I can participate in deals. I prefer the finance side of things.

Current comp is 85k + 15% bonus, and to make such a jump, I would probably command $100k base - is this reasonable? I am set to get promoted EOY, comp is ~100k + 20/25%

Next question, what should be done to prepare for the interview? A modeling test should be expected? What resources are available online to help me brush up on REPE technical's/modeling?
