Divisions of Bulge Bracket Banks

Can someone sum up for me briefly how bulge bracket banks are split up and what each of these sectors entails? If not, is there maybe a link that explains it.

Through my reading, I find it a little confusing as what constitutes as what? e.g. I always thought that ECM, DCM, Syndicate, and Sales & Trading are all a part of I-Banking with M&A, but I've seen people say otherwise.

Also, when people say Sales & Trading on here, does that include all the traders for the firm, such as proprietary traders.

I'm guessing this may vary a little bit from bank to bank, but hopefully there is a common trend.
