It depends on what level you are talking about. For internship no, for full-time yes.
Okay first of all you need to know what you are talking about. Do you mean will they sponsor a Visa application, or a Visa transfer. If you dont have a work Visa you missed the window as it is a pretty competitive process. BUT with that said most large firms will sponsor a Visa. You really need to talk with someone at your school to understand your situation better, including the rules regarding an OPT. I cant speak about PE shops but at BB IB firms ideally you would be a summer analyst get an offer before the H1-B deadline so in theory you get 2 shots at getting an H-1B since if the first application is denied you can still use your OPT. It is really important that you know this stuff before it becomes relevant.
Not sure about BX and Carlyle but I'm sure KKR does
