Does GSIP or Liberty Harbor take sophomore / junior interns?

I'm currently in the process for the GS CIMD division - does anyone know if GSIP (L/S fund) or Liberty Harbor (credit fund) regularly takes sophomore or junior interns? And do they let you rank those groups in your preferences if you were to get a CIMD interview? I've seen one in the past (from a top target) who got it but he might be an exception since he was an absolute beast. Any insight is appreciated.

Oops haha, I was looking at some old threads. What happened to it?

The unit bought by KKR was GSPS, led by Bob Howard in your article. Some members stayed at GS and were moved into the investment management division, where they operated under the name GSIP led by Ranaan Agus. I don't remember GSIP performance being something to write home about. They started doing growth equity and some such. Not sure if they have been combined with MBD with Solomin at the helm now.

I remember either GSIP or LH or both have indeed taken sophomores historically but not sure about current status.
