Does Wells Fargo IB pay overtime to their summer interns?
I know some banks do, but I was wondering specifically about WFS

They do pay overtime. They pay interns at an hourly rate.
Overtime? We're 24/7. No such thing as overtime.
From what I've heard, this is 100% true. A friend that interned at WF was probably the most well paid intern at my school just due to the massive hours + overtime.
Yes they have a ridiculous overtime policy. They get 1.5x then get an extra .15x or .2x if they work too many hours on a given day.

I interned at 2 MMs and then a BB during my undergrad, and my highest pay was at the least preftigious bank, just because I was paid hourly + overtime
Worked there this past summer, was paid $30/hour regularly + ~$50/hour overtime.
