EHS Marymount
This summer I'll be living in EHS Marymount, as it is a short walk to the office I'll be working at. Does anyone have any experience with living here? I've gotten mixed reviews about other EHS buildings, but haven’t had the chance to speak to anyone about Marymount.
Marymount was fine, shared bedroom with 1 person, 2bed, full sized fridge. Bathroom was kinda messy sharing with 4 guys, but luckily I didn't have to fight for bathroom use since I had way earlier hours. Great if your office is in midtown.

Anyone have experience living in EHS dorms, specifically the Marymount Manhattan? Anything would be helpful
EHS is horrible, check their reviews...
Very overpriced.
Pros - there were a good amount or hot girls doing PR internships in the building. Also the location is good (55st and 2nd).
So many cons: So overpriced. you'll be in 4 person, 2 bedroom apartments with 1 bathroom. Try having 4 guys all working IB, WM, AM, ect. internships all try to take showers between 6:30-7 it sucks. You also had to register if you had guests staying the night by 9pm otherwise security wouldn't let them in (unless you worked something out). So you're paying $1500/month or something like that to get cock blocked... Literally more regulated than a freshman dorm room.
I started this out think it was an ok experience but now that I think back about it EHS sucks.... Screw them.

I tried searching for this, but didn't get any good answers. Does anyone have any experience/heard anything about EHS housing in New York for SAs, specifically the New Yorker Hotel? It seems pretty nice and the rent is somewhat high ($1400/mo)?
Location wise this place is great, but the facilities were subpar. You'd have to pay up for any place you get in or around that area, so it's not too bad of a deal.
bump anyone else?
Do NYU, no contest.
I did this exact location last year. stay as far away as you possibly can. it is a good location, but it is WAY overpriced . also, there are literally no amenities, even though it says there are. seriously, you could get a sublet with the amount you would pay to them.
how hard is it to get a single room in nyu
also looks like single rooms would be $350 * 11+ weeks, seems to me that nyu isn't as cost efficient as everyone thinks. true or false?
It wasn't hard for me last year. NYU is just convenient... you don't have to deal with Subleases and gathering roommates together and whatnot. I'd recommend doing that. There are cheaper options out there for sure.
