enelux Investment Banks: Reputation, Transactions, Compensation ..
Hi all,
I'm currently interviewing with some banks located in Benelux countries.
Do you have any advice to share about these banks :
Kempen & Co
KBC Securities
Rabobank
ABN AMRO
ING
Bank Degroof Petercam
I am interested in exit op / compensation / activity etc etc.
Thanks all
David

Really, uncapped bonusses at Kempen & Co? I thought that wasn’t allowed by Dutch law. Interesting.
Do you happen to know how Kempen is regarded by the bulge bracket banks in London? I.e. would it be difficult to lateral from Kempen to lets says a bank like Citi or UBS in London? (as an analyst)
in an ECM, life science / healthcare or real estate team no, all the rest yes probably more difficult
Do you by any chance know which BBs in London and Benelux have strong Life Science/Healthcare teams? Curious where an analyst from this team at Kempen could lateral to
Quick search on linkedin and you find some analysts from Kempen that lateralled at UBS, Jefferies, FT Partners, HSBC and many more
From the top of my head Rothschild and Jefferies have very strong Healthcare practices based in London
Also bear in mind that Kempen's LS & HC team is very focused on ECM deals if you look at their last deals
