Energy Level: Trump

Subscribe

When I watch Trump, I always wonder how someone his age can still have so much energy. I am not particularly talking about his nature when he speaks, but rather his ability to work that much. It became clear to me again recently when I saw his rally shedule.

In this regard - do you perceive that as normal? Is he maybe just a workaholic or might he be using some sort of medics?

Energy is really one thing I lack. I work hard on something for a few days and getting out of bed in the morning instantly gets more and more difficult. I don't know if the energy part is just something that people innately possess and others don't or if it's more about mindset and getting one's shit together.

In case someone had similair experiences, I'd be happy to receive some tips.

LOL. Do you think Trump actually works all that time?

He's not sitting there for hours coming up with intricate strategies or reading bunch of material. I doubt he ever takes more than 30 minutes when making decisions. He might be the most casual and carefree president ever (which is probably not a good thing). But I digress...

What he's probably doing is just tweeting away one outrageous statement at a time. Guy's a natural at receiving attention. He probably loves doing that.

If you love what you do, then obviously you're gonna stay energetic.

In Capitalism in America, Greenspan said that Teddy Roosevelt used to hike a lot and be away from Washington for long periods on end.

I know I'm expressing my opinion but him being carefree and not actually being bogged down in details is probably how he maintains his energy.

You just can't do that when you're too stressed out about the complexities. Trump likes to keep it simple and focus his energy on what he likes (and good at) - playing the attention game. That's how Trump operates.

So I actually think those 2 paragraphs were necessary.

Pretty sure Trump's combo is something like testosterone shots (v. important when you get old) + amphetamine salts like Adderall

Lol I hope Trump isn't on TRT. Even if sedentary, TRT is a huge advantage and as long as you eat half way decent you'll be in solid shape in terms of body composition. I'd be curious as to how many executives and other guys are on the sauce. I know Peter Thiel takes HGH, probably is on TRT at this point as well. Bezos very well could be on some of dat dere cell tech as well

How much energy does it take to walk onto a stage and talk to a crowd?   It is not like he doing push ups or something more physical.

I think Trump has a rather natural ability as to not worry about things. He is constantly under a lot of pressure and hate - and just has this IDGAF attitude, which makes the left even madder. He takes the pressure pretty well, given everything. To some it would be tiring/exhausting, but is not to Trump.
