equity reserch/Equity capital merkets preparation material

Hello everyone!!! I am a new member here and i love this community!! Such great info!

I have a problem.. I studied at a non target for my undergraduate (2:1...) and now I have an offer for a SUPER target in London for IB. However because it is a one year MSc I don't have a chance for an internships at most firms for IB (because they request PENULTIMATE year students for internships) so I am looking at other alternatives which still make me very happy...

After M&A my desire is equity research/Global Capital Markets or leveraged fiance.

I would like to know what type of preparation material is suitable to chace such a career.

For example for investment banking I know that the best material is Investment Banking by Rosenbaum and Pearl but is there anything similar for equity reasearch and equity capital markets or even leveraged finance?

Thank you anyway for even visiting this thread! :) :) :)

I can also recommend Valentine's book. Also, if you want to be good at valuation and really understand what you're doing, you can watch Damodaran's valuation course webcasts and read additional material in his website. I watched his course in my last undergrad year and it was miles better compared to the valuation course in my university.
