I personally would take an offer from an EB over any BB. You’re going to get the same exit opps, but learn a lot more and have more exposure.
You're going to get the same answer every BB vs. EB thread gives. Do you want pure M&A or the full array of products at GS? I personally prefer the EB experience and chose an EB.
To answer your question: Obviously both great banks with the best exit opps. Evercore pays more.
I would prefer GS personally. I would say EB is better for finance exit ops but GS might provide you with a wider set of exit ops and a better brand name (outside of finance). Honestly, at that point, your splitting hairs. No matter which one you choose, you have a bright future ahead of you.
Congrats!

GS on your resume is the universal stamp of approval in the business world. Evercore is great if you want to stay in finance.
