EYP vs LEK
I’m an undergrad with offers at LEK and EYP in the same city. The compensation is mostly the same. I want to make my decision based on a few factors

prestige and name recognition
For some reason I have heard that LEK work life balance is worse than EYP. Also I feel that most people who are not in consulting would recognize the EY name better for exit opps.
What offer should I take?

Both are great firms so you can't go wrong here. From what I've heard EYP does have better hours on average for a T2 but that'll always depend on the project/team. When it comes to exit opportunities and MBA placement I'd say both firms are pretty comparable, I don't think one has a clear advantage over the other. Both do a fair bit of CDD work so you'll have more opportunities to exit into PE from either firm. From what I know, LEK is notably strong in Life Sciences/Pharma, while EYP is a leader in Education and TMT.
Prestige and name recognition are similar (both are considered T2, below MBB but a cut above the the rest). Yes more people will recognize EY but I don't think that really matters for anything other than massaging your ego.
