I was on a flight last weekend, turns out the person sitting next to me was a VP (in the real sense of the term) at an F1000 Insurer, we were talking and she told me to contact her we've stayed in touch. My question is she said I'd be a good fit for their internal M&A or internal strategy group. What is it like doing it? Can you jump to FIG from internal M&A? After a few years in internal strategy can you go to MBB? What's the lifestyle like? Pay? I have relatively little knowledge of the industry any pointers about insurance industry, any advice is appreciated.
