I haven't, but I've looked at several other books on financial modeling. Go to Thriftbooks.com, and you can find some dirt cheap books. I bought about 4 books on financial modeling - unfortunately, all were shit quality (e.g., they force balance the balance sheet with a plug or they name and hide cells so that they're hard to audit, etc...unbelievable that these are rated decently).
would also check out the online self study training programs for financial modeling. I put together a side by side analysis here: http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/financial-modeling-training

Has anyone read/bought Financial Modeling and Valuation: A Practical Guide to Investment Banking and Private Equity? I am planning to get a copy, but it seems a bit pricey. Any reviews on this book and how does it compare to Rosenbaum's book? Any perspective will be beneficial. Thanks!
