guys, I have a simple question for you folks
Generally have been interacting with VPs and MDs and when i meet them ofcourse it is formal wear. However I am meeting an Analyst or early associate tomm, can i wear semi casual (jean,shirts, vest,formal shoes) or should I go with complete formal?

Wear whatever the hell you want. I met with an analyst with khaki shorts, sandals, and a cheap shirt bought from Wal-mart that had a hole in it. The meeting went great.

Where are you meeting them? In the office? Over lunch/coffee? If in the office, dress the way the office dresses. If over coffee or lunch, biz casual should be fine as long as the analyst isn't at a firm where he/she wears a suit every day.
