FMI? Pay/Hours/Deal Flow?

Have a friend interviewing there but I hadn't heard of them so didn't have much to offer. Looks like they are based out of Raleigh but he's in contact with their Houston office.

Guy he spoke with seemed to indicate solid hours with proportional pay (decent discount to street)

Any insights?

Essentially care about the following:

-What are hours typically? For perspective, I am typically 1-2am Sunday through Thursday and it's getting a little tiring. More nights past 3am than before midnight. What could I reasonably expect at FMI? Obviously I know it varies, but what are frequent weekday nights looking like, and what do Saturday / Sundays look like?

-How steep is the pay discount? Are associates clearing 200 all in or lower? 175+ ? Would love any sort of general ranges.

-Do they close transactions? I understand they may be small / somewhat difficult, but are they getting over the line?

I'm legitimately interested in the sectors they cover and have ties to the area that would make this a compelling opportunity, but hoping for a little more color

Can anyone speak to the analyst experience at FMI? Received an offer from them and its the first following my layoff at a previous firm. Everything sounds good on paper, but I want to know what I would be getting myself into. Need to know if the step down in comp, brand name, and transaction size is worth the better hours.
