Fordham Cunniffe Presidential Scholarship vs. Indiana Kelley Scholarship

First time poster here, wanted to get some input from this forum.

Still waiting for Wharton decision, but in the meantime I wanted to ask for opinions on Fordham's Gabelli School (Rose Hill) vs. Indiana's Kelley School. I got the respective full-ride scholarship from each (Cunniffe and Kelley Scholars), so since money isn't a factor, which one would be better in terms of IB opportunities?
