Try to use the search button, my friend. Big 4 are way easier to get into than top investment banks. If you have the opportunity to go to Oxbridge, do it.
He's talking about the "Big 4" banks, which are defined differently based on what country you're talking about. For the UK, that would be Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, and RBS.
