Getting Into Prop Trading out of Undegrad

Hi all,
I was wondering about the process of getting into Prop Trading at one of the big Quant Firms is for undergrads. I’m a CS student and interned at BB this summer. Does it require the same networking as IB or is just math superstars who can get past the first interview?
Thanks

My friends who went into it weren’t such big networkers but prob still did a bit. I think the math and technicals may be more of the focus for this groups but my commentary should probably be take with a grain of salt

For prop trading, networking is only relevant for passing the initial HR screen. This can also be passed by having a strong resume. After the initial screening, your interview performance on each interview is the main determinant, with the final round being the most important.

Edit: I gave this answer to a somewhat related question.
