Gibson Consulting (Chicago) - anyone have any experience or knowledge?

I currently work in operations/supply chain/strategy for a Fortune 500 company in Chicago, and recently I have been recruited heavily for a boutique consulting firm called Gibson Consulting, which I believe specializes in supply chain-focused consulting. Does anyone have any experience researching this firm, interviewing there, or working there? I am looking to jump from corporate strategy/supply chain into management consulting, but I am not sure if this is the best way to start my consulting career (versus waiting and trying to get into MBB, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.). Thanks in advance!
