I've honestly thought about getting big recently to the detriment of my triathlon speed.

Hey man, don't mean to hijack the thread but what's your daily routine and diet for the triathlon?

My training is f'ed right now. I did a weak 90min session on Zwift earlier today. I mainly only train on Zwift on the indoor cycle. I have a Sept Half Iron at Augusta 70.3. My PR there is 4:48 in 2019 and I was aiming for 4:25 in 2020, but never got to race because of Covid. I guess I'm still aiming for that goal. 28 min swim, 24.0mph bike, 7:00 13.1.

If you're training for a triathlon, I'd just say to cycle a lot.

Cycling + Running brick training is very helpful to improving speed.

Isaiah how strong are you? You always tell us about your endurance workouts (which are pretty impressive), but how much weight can you throw around? Just curious

I’m not that strong right now, but strength goals for me is to get to 120lb dumbbell flat bench 4-5 reps, 6-8 reps 100-120lb dumbbell row, 45-50lb dumbbell curl 4-6 reps, and 75lb single arm Arnold press 2-4times.

I’ve already gotten to this level before, but view this as good strength goals for me.

I don’t squat or deadlift.

I really feel weak right now though and haven’t been in the gym a lot since Covid hit, but I have good weight to be strong.

Didn't you see? Goldie thought he didn't need an AI and probably let high estrogen get the better of him, dropping all of the gear he was on. Goldie - pop some arimidex or aromasin next time if you're gonna take 500mg!

Oh ok I missed that

He gave up 4 weeks in because he ran too many compounds despite me advising him in his first post to not do so. Get your bloodwork done and for your first cycle or two keep it very simple kids.

Edit: Goldie reminded me he stopped mainly due to fertility concerns. Which is totally fine. That said, to all others reading, please know ahead of going on that your HPTA will be shut down on just about every cycle. Don't go on if you aren't okay with *potentially* shooting blanks until after you've run a full PCT (on the other hand, plenty of people are still very fertile while running a bunch of shit, so don't make the mistake of thinking you are on male birth control). And still, please do not run more than one compound in your first cycle.

That had nothing to do with it. I explained pretty clearly my reasoning had to do with timing of our next child. I had zero sides and will be getting back on gear after we clear the first trimester with our second baby.

And in the meantime, I went all-in on Oly lifting. I'm training with Tom sroka at his gym now. My feet hurt.

Also saw a chiro yesterday who thinks I have an adult tongue tie which would explain my birth and all my back problems and shit and it's the first explanation that's made sense so now I'm pursuing that lead. Seeing a surgeon soon. Very excited on that front

Oh and thanks for taking what would have been 3 minutes to reply to my PM ater being all "down to help" publicly but a zero privately. Phony ballony motherfucker. I ended up popping one AI as I was coming off cause I was super irritable. And then that was that. Back to normal 100% and gain train never slowed down.

I'm still on hgh also
