Goldman Sachs - Interview - 2nd Year Analyst PIPG Eq. Derivatives

My girlfriend has just received an interview for the PIPG equity derivatives team of Goldman Sachs in London, after working slightly more than a year at the Interest Rate Derivatives desk for one of the larger Nordic banks.

Is anyone familiar with this desk? What can she expect in terms of the interview process , desk, comp. etc? Any suggestions as to what she should focus on given her background in interest rates (with limited exposure to equity derivatives) and somewhat limited prep time (1 week)? Anything is appreciated!
