Seems to me all white male on my floor get paid very well in this bonus season. Make sense since most of people working on trading floor are while male. Wish bonus pool skew toward minorities and women in future. Diversity on trading floor is going to be more important as more companies need to comply the ESG requirements.

 

LOL "Skewing" the bonus pool to women and minorities is the most ludicrous and anti-capitalistic idea I've heard. Bonuses are meant for performers. Big performance = big bonus. Mediocre performance = mediocre bonus. End of story.

Nowhere in your post did I see you say that you outperformed and were under comped. If you performed just as well or better than these "white male" colleagues then you have something to be upset about.

Is this the case?

If not, do better.
