Grizzly Pouches / Long vs Copenhagen Pouches / Long

Personally, dip doesn't get the love it deserves on this site - especially given the huge culture of it in the office. Grizzly does the best pouches, Copenhagen for long cut (wintergreen), and sometimes I'll throw a Skoal cherry some love if I'm feeling it

Yeah, as a kid growing up in California the only media exposure I had to dip was in The Sandlot, which I watched probably a hundred times. So by the time I met someone who actually dipped my reaction was "Seriously, that's a real thing people do??"

Be excellent to each other, and party on, dudes.

It's very prominent in hockey and baseball culture in Canada. Gnarly flow, packing dip, sniping chicks, avoid being a bender you get the idea and in baseball because the guys would engage in arbitrage by heading over to the states for a tourney, purchase 100 or so for $15 CAD each and then selling it for $20-25 CAD each.

Baseball. Started in HS and if you didn't dip on my college team you were weird.

Pretty much how my friend group was, weird if you didn't chew. Also played football in college and whenever we were beating a team bad in the 3rd, all the starters would throw in some lips. Best part was that our defensive coordinator supplied the chaw!

Southern Blend Copenhagen is my fav long cut, used to be GWG (classic) but I got introduced to SB at CountryJam and never turned back

Grizz Pouches are bar none the best pouches out there. I rotate them and Genny Snus

I think it got discontinued when I was in high school, but have you had Vanilla Skoal? Shit tasted so good, we almost started gutting it

Pouches?? what’s it like watching your GF get railed out by other men?

Grizz wintergreen pouches all day simply because they are clean and easy. I can rock them at work and bars and shit without it being a big deal. Long cut is just messy in those situations.

I grew up in the middle of nowhere so if i'm back home or on a camping trip or something i'll rock copenhagen straight long cut or i'll get real dirty and throw in some red man.

dipped for 15 years, kicked the habit and haven't missed it. if you play baseball in the south, you'll most likely get into dip. usually it happens after you go 0-3 in a double header. one of the older guys sneaks you a lip and then you hit a line drive single in game 2, you're hooked after that. not because you're a .250 hitter hitting your average, but because you think the dip calmed your nerves. maybe, but whatever.

was a fan of skoal peach long cut and skoal mango pounches before I had facial hair, grizz long cut all through college (amazing for finals, but after an all nighter in the library my mouth felt like riley reid's vagina, so much fiberglass). tried copenhagen, never really liked it. tried grizzly snuff, I may as well have eaten a dogs asshole, awful shit. longhorn long cut (natural, unflavored) was surprisingly good. didn't produce a ton of saliva so was good for long excursions fishing or whatnot (I don't like pulling in my flounder with brown loogies on it)

switched to grizz pouches for convenience, one night passed out with a couple in my mouth, got really sick, then switched to snus. did that for maybe 8 years. it's good because you can drink and keep it in, so I would be able to have it at conferences and gameday at a bar without stopping the booze.

thankfully I don't believe I have any long term damage, but I would never recommend someone begin dipping, it's a bitch to kick.

Funniest

another funny dip story. wakeboarding with a couple buddies, someone throws in a horseshoe (for those who don;t know, this is enough long cut to stretch across the entirety of your jaw), gets on the board, eats shit, belly flops, swallows the ENTIRE THING on impact. we pull the boat around, and witness his hamilton porter-esque puke session. we left him for a bit and took a lap on the boat while he purged (he had a life jacket)

Been a big Zyn guy recently, will throw in Cope if I'm boozing though. Seriously q: Do people throw in lips at the office during the work day? Zyn would be easy to do so, and everyone know doing work w/ nicotine + coffee = dialed

At my old internship, we all had cubes so it was easy to chew/juul in semi-privacy until bossman sneaks up behind you and asks if your computer is overheating.

I'm in an open floor plan setup now, so it's almost impossible to chew on the desk, unless it's snus or zyn where you don't really have to spit. However, it is real easy to ghost a juul hit in the open, if you're into that.

Also, if you really wanna get zooted in the office - coffee, adderall, tobacco/juul
