Groups that Pay Above Street

Like the title says- what are the groups/ firms that pay above street?

If possible it would be good to find which ones pay higher base and/or bonus? So e.g.

XXX & Co.-
Base- Above (80)
Bonus- Street

Before people start getting upset, I think its valid information and although pay doesn't really matter your first few years, I thought it might be useful to note.

This is extremely easy to determine with the search function.

"For all the tribulations in our lives, for all the troubles that remain in the world, the decline of violence is an accomplishment we can savor, and an impetus to cherish the forces of civilization and enlightenment that made it possible."

As a general rule, the elite boutiques pay above street in both departments. However, we're splitting hairs hear. What is $5k-10k on your base / bonus? Nothing to make serious career decisions over.

Blackstone pays goldman's top bucket + ~$10k, no tiers.

So more like an extra $25-30k above average bonuses while working 25% less hours than most BBs

Base salaries are usually about the same across boutiques/bb's though

Most boutiques tier analysts as well, so this is misleading.

while working 25% less hours than most BBs

Again, this is just not true for the majority of boutiques, and can be exactly the opposite in some cases.

Base salaries are usually about the same across boutiques/bb's though

Also wrong, as most of the elite boutiques pay higher base than the BBs.

Not sure what average bonuses were in 2010 but according to dealbreaker:

BX M&A first-years (we don’t tier):

“70k base, 85k bonus.” $400/crab legs in reach. Boom goes the dynamite.

25-30k above street might be understating it

jesus ... christ. 85k?
