I have my second round of interview for the Special Situation Group of GS in London. This is for the Private Capital team, investing mainly in debt (Mezzanine, and other Juniors).
O have 3x30mn phone interview. Do you have any idea of what I should expect? What kind of technical questions? Maybe some brainteasers?

The interview is quite technical. 1 focusing on accounting (not too difficult if you worked a bit), 1 on strategy (industry analysis, company's analysis) and 1 on a distressed case. Honestly it was difficult. Then I have a full day interview in their offices. What else should I expect?
