I am rather new to finance, so sorry if those questions are too basic for some. BX I can evaluate from a US perspective, but don't know how the UK office compares with this. Sankaty does not provide that much info, so I hope the questions are valid.

Prioritize being less of a tool. You have to understand that people get tired of all of these threads asking about choosing between numerous top firms without offers.
