Yes, they include guaranteed 90 hour weeks, eye bags, sleep apnea, and fast-track aging. At least you get kind bars and mouth wash in the office.
No COVID benefits except salary bump.

Yeah, bonus was definitely above market. The salary bump makes them extremely competitive in terms of all-in cash comp if bonus figures are unchanged.
Honestly the biggest thing about the salary bump for me is the bump in A2-A3 comp. A1 $100k base is nice, but having base salary accelerate so quickly ($125k base as A3) is really nice, especially when so many banks still are on 85/90/95 w/ $5k bumps every year.
