Yeah, bonus was definitely above market. The salary bump makes them extremely competitive in terms of all-in cash comp if bonus figures are unchanged.
Honestly the biggest thing about the salary bump for me is the bump in A2-A3 comp. A1 $100k base is nice, but having base salary accelerate so quickly ($125k base as A3) is really nice, especially when so many banks still are on 85/90/95 w/ $5k bumps every year.
