I need a listing of all hedge funds that invest in private companies.
Private placements, PIPEs, debt, distressed debt...doesn't matter what vehicle, just that they do it.
Geography doesn't matter so long as they invest in US companies.

what do you need this for?
We market small, private tech and biotech firms that are outside of the purview of VC money, yet too small for an IPO. We want to expand the list of hedge funds that we market to so we can provide faster financings for our clients.
Do you have something? Most of the hedge fund news sites (hedgeworld, hedgefund.net, capdial.net) don't break out their lists this way.
