Polar Securities. They typically take only MBAs for summer positions, but I interviewed with them (I'm a soph). It's Canada's oldest HF, has ~$1bn in AUM. Shoot them an email, but my interview was back in Jan. so I doubt they're still looking.

Currently in my junior year at a Canadian semi-target. I've been networking heavily with the sell side dealers over the last few months and hopefully this recruiting season will go well, but my end goal is to end up on buy side. I have been speaking with a couple shops on the street, but would love to learn more about the buy side space in Toronto. Anyone with HF experience in Toronto care to share their thoughts and impart their wisdom?
