How long after a final round super day before you hear back?
I have heard of people getting a call the same day to extend the job offer and have heard of it taking over a week. Does anyone know how long it should take, on average? I imagine the best performers heard back very soon, or is that a fallacy?
Thank You.
Heard the day after for mine.
I'm also wondering if there's a difference between full-time and internship calls?
Nothing consistent
Wildly variable and based on a million factors you don't have insight to outside-looking-in (e.g. somebody in the process had to push back discussion due to an important client meeting)
I've had some where I got a call 10 minutes after leaving their office, others where it took a couple weeks. There's no point at all in worrying about it
Yeah across the 3 super days I have participated in, offers came out 2 days after the SD, 1 week after the superday, and 3 hours after the superday.
when is a good time to email the recruiter asking for an update on a final round? esp if you weren't given a timeline for when they'd get back to you
did you get an update on this? i am curious as well.
