IB SA 2021 Structure & Benefits/Perks Discussion

Hey everyone, wanted to make a thread for everyone where we can compile what firm you're interning at, the pay, signing/housing bonus, any work from home stipend, meals, equipment (monitors, laptops etc.), merch, so we can be aware of what other firms are providing as well as a good tool for future summer analysts to understand the differences between offers from various firms.

For example, I know MS provides housing stipend, work from home setup including monitors, keyboards, firm issued phone etc. while GS gives nothing, BofA supposedly gives some merch. Just curious to see differences at firms. Feel free to post as anon but post actual firm not (gs/ms/jpm) type of beat cuz no one can tell who u r

Was an intern at BofA last summer. They gave us the housing stipend for purchasing wfh stuff. Also, gave us two sweatshirts and a banker bag. Honestly, I think they did a great job last summer. There was no reason to be given money for wfh. All interns last summer were not working on deals, so their work wasnt anything crazy. Additionally, they sent out a survey before the internship asking if you needed a computer. Im sure if you said you did they would send you one.
