IBM CbD vs Deloitte Federal BTA

Hi everyone,

So I've received full time offers for IBM CbD as an Analytics Consultant - Commercial and from Deloitte Consulting as a Federal BTA. Does anyone have any insight on how they compare or any advice to help me decide on which offer to accept?

Thanks

Take my advice with a grain of salt as I'm not in the consulting industry, but I would base my decision on:

1). Do you want to relocate?

If you want to stay near home, the Deloitte offer would be much better. Your clients will all be in the area so travel shouldn't be bad.

2). Pay

If there is a large difference in pay, then go for the better paying position, assuming that you don't mind relocating.

3). Culture

From what I've heard, both companies are really laid back and relaxed. So I don't think there isn't a big difference here.
