Hi
Could anybody help me with the tests conducted at IFC during the recruitment process (for associate investment officer in Asia)? I already have undergone the modeling test and a couple of interviews. Now, they say there is an another round of written test and an interview. Any idea what that would be all about?

Bump.. have been applying to IFC Analyst roles in US for sometime now with absolutely no response or first round. I have 1 year MM IB experience in US.
I think they almost exclusively recruit former IB, I know a senior investment manager there and even through him I couldn’t get an interview since I don’t have IB experience.
