ING Commercial Banking

"The heart of the ING Commercial Banking Graduate Programme is the two or three short-term assignments you will do. We think it’s essential for graduate entrants to gain experience in different business and product lines. Possibilities include Clients, Structured Finance, Financial Markets and General Lending, with one assignment outside the country in which you are based."

Hi guys --

Couldn't find much information available on WSO on ING CB, so I thought I'd post this.

Anyone has any idea what the work at ING CB is like? Exit opportunities? Reputation of ING CB?

Thanks for the help!

I actually looked at ING today. I'd also like some additional info if anyone has any. I didn't see anything on their website for commercial banking and the only graduate program I saw was their "ING Talent Program" that requires a masters (I'm a rising senior in undergrad).

fluency in Dutch is certainly a prerequisite at ING in Holland if u wanna have any client contact. degree from a dutch university def not. dutch employers are usually very open to international graduates/degrees and so is ING.
