Insane Moelis Bonus Numbers

I heard from a friend who heard from a friend, so was curious if anyone could confirm this for me.

Was told that top bucket for first years was 135k. 115k plus an additional 20k to be paid in December. Is this accurate?

Just from my limited experience and knowledge, they probably cycle a bit, maybe next year is flat / down as 2020 was kinda a blowout year for banks. 2021/2022 bonuses may be harder to keep / raise those levels as banks probably are adding more headcount faster than revenues go up for the time being as per lifestyle changes needed. But prob next up cycle can hit higher heights. Then again, doubt I or anyone could have predicted 2020 would be blowout besides for the fact that 2019 was a down year / trimming year for some of these banks where they laid off some staff making them a bit leaner and able to pay higher bonuses to those who remained. Something could come up again soon like that and make new bonuses even higher but idk
