Internship: UBS Corporate Cash Management

I will be interviewing for a corporate cash management position with UBS out of Chicago in a few weeks and am looking for some general pointers. So if you don’t mind I would like to ask some questions and any response will be greatly appreciated:

1. What is the general environment of a corporate cash management office?
2. Besides work ethic and motivation what skills are considered valuable?
3. What can I expect to do in an internship like this?
4. How should I prepare for my interview?

Thanks again to anyone that decides to help!

It was your basic fit based interview questions. I ended up having a pretty good discussion with their head trader and MD that allowed me to display all my financial and technical knowledge. Things like portfolio management, characteristics of bonds, current state of the economy, etc etc. I have a background with computer programming so we discussed that as well; I talked about how things can be automated and scripts written to take over tedious tasks.

Went incredibly well and I was congratulated on how I performed but I ended up not getting the position because they were looking for an intern year round. I'm not local so I didn't fit the description.
