Scam - Remote Equity Analyst Role at Top LO

I believe I am being scammed and want to see if anyone else has experienced this. I got an email from someone representing one of the top LO for a fully remote equity analyst role (first red flag given I only have 2.5 SS ER experience and wouldn't be an Analyst). She had me complete a questionnaire with both technical and fundamental questions and shared that the next step would be a two day zoom-based interactive training where I would have met with multiple people. However, the day after submitting the questionnaire, I got an offer letter instead (second and biggest red flag - very little work compared to the rigorous process I would have expected).

I think they are supposedly having me go through the training anyways but I will have to signed the offer letter before then. Also, keep in mind, I've had zero opportunities to ask questions. I reached out for a phone call for some clarity and reached out to other recruiters at the company on LinkedIn. I currently believe it is a scam and will continue with this understanding until something changes.

Anyone else deal with something like that? What's their end game? Maybe they will try to access bank account info from future direct deposit forms or something?
