Investment Bank Regulatory inspections
Any monkey from IB compliance? Want to ask a bit technical question. A friend is interviewing for compliance job at a major investment bank and was asked a question regarding the IB regulatory inspection and his answer was not to the interviewer's satisfaction. Does anyone know what kind of regulatory inspections an investment bank have to go through every year and when these inspections normally take place?
