It's Official We are In Recession.
No question in my mind. How deep the recession is unknown. Definitively will not be as bad as 08. Maybe more of a early 2000 style recession. We may rally from this sell off but the seeds have been sown. What will happen, will happen and now inevitable. Any rally up is a rally to sell.
I think we will be in an environment like that of 2012 during the EMU crisis. This time on the back of corporate defaults in EM. Nothing domestic about a recession in the near future.
