congrats! I think it is best to understand that this is not IB and unfortunately you will not have the same exit ops.
I know a friend who went through the program, she had strong exit ops to PWM, strong wealth managers. She also probably could have stayed on with the group. I believe large asset managers are an option also. Salaries may be the same base wise as IB but bonus lower.

Heard its a smaller group mostly centered around debt issuance/credit structuring/LevFin. No idea what base or bonuses are like but I'm curious.
