Does anyone know how it is determined whether or not you have to take a drug test? I think in some of the info they were circulating for summer analysts (2019) they said you will have to take a drug test and do fingerprinting 'if applicable'. What makes it applicable to you?? Does anyone know? Ty :)

Curious to know as well. In a similar spot at a BB, I would just play it safe, I think most will have it as part of the background check prior to the summer
To my knowledge, all BBs do both for both IB and S&T. My BB did it for those groups.
Friend who lateraled last year got tested.
Not JPM, but BofA did not test my friend for both SA or FT. Only had fingerprints.
