JPMorgan Finance Analyst Development Program VERSUS Bank of America Finance Management Associate Intern Program
hi, i have offers from both of these positions right now..
i do not know exactly where i want to be 10 years from now, so which position will give me more opportunities on Wall Street.. both positions are corporate finance. If i want to go the Asset Management route later on, which opportunity best fits that?
THANKS!!!!!!!
and just to add.. the b of a offer is at their headquarters in charlotte and the jpmorgan is for newark, de.. if position matters in terms of networking and marketing myself
I would pick the BoA one. Delaware is too far away from NYC to do any serious networking and being at the company HQ will at least give you some exposure. Does one pay more? Do you have any preference ?
Charlotte is a better location for finance.
I believe the JPM FADP is an MO position and Newark DE is a brutal place to live/work. I would take the B of A offer and run.
when did you hear back from morgan?
thank you for the input!!
so you think i will be able to leverage a better position off of the b of a offer than jpmorgan? i do not have any preference on where i live for the summer nor pay.. i just want to pick the choice that will give me the most opportunities in the long run
and amb, i talked to the recruiter this week
u talked to john this week?
so it seems the consensus is the b of a position?
is the jpmorgan offer MO?
I have strong reason to believe the JPM Newark office has no FO positions. I met someone who worked there when I was looking for a job. Let's just say he was extremely casual. Pulled up to lunch at Applebees in a 96 Chevy Geo with acid stains all over the hood, dressed like a 6th grader, etc.
Whether or not there is FO, that is just how Newark rolls....
