MS Excel & MS Outlook should not be included under technical skills. you're assumed to know how to use suite. my thoughts...anyone second that?
not sure if you should include your swimming in this resume. Should include experiences that present you as a qualified candidate for ibanking
I suggest splitting work and leadership into 2 parts
disagree with honga. ABSOLUTELY put swimming on there as nobody wants to hire the kid who only looks at spreadsheets and pitchbooks for fun. The classic question an interviewer asks himself is "If I were stuck in an airport with him for 8 hours, would I still like him or want to kill him?" The fact that you keep swimming on there shows him you A. have a competitive nature which is great and B. are a real person. Also, put econ in front of IR as to show you are more interested in Econ. Don't have more bullets for country club job than AM firm...looks like you did more at club than AM firm. Split up work with leadership. Maybe even put "leadership" under activities. Any MD will say "what the hell do you know about leadership at 21". pm if you have more questions
ACT stuff has to change. 34 is terrible, and writing the whole thing about being equivalent to a 760 also pointless. Conn College is a terrible school, and I really don't know how you've gotten internships. You must have connections already, so I guess just keep doing what you're doing. But a 3.5 from Conn College, without connections, you will get auto-dinged from every BB and practically every MM. I guess there is always PJ.

---Someone hasn't gotten laid in a while.....
Just remove the nested bullet points -- only have one level of bullets. Leave off the ACT score and send it in a cover letter if asked for.
Do not worry about coming from a non-target since you have great work experience already.
Leave everything else you have on there -- just reformat the bullet points. The swimming is good to have.
Good luck, you will definitely get something. PM me if you want any more advice.
thanks for all the help. im definitely keeping swimming on. i fixed the bullet points and separated professional experience from leadership experience. i'm still undecided on the act math. i put it on because a MD at a bulge bracket that i met told me to do so because my gpa was low and i needed to show that i had a quantitative skill set. i dont think i would get dinged for having it. i would put SAT but i never took it because im from illinois. any opinions on the wall street prep thing?
here's my updated resume: http://www.razume.com/documents/13098
oh, and btw, futurebanker09, i dont have any connections. i got my internships through networking with alumni. for the most part, i'm only applying to firms where alumni have offered to put through my resume to HR.
Your resume gives too much text that conveys too little information. Focus more on results and less on process (where most of your info is currently - e.g. "Maintained comprehensive research database..." etc)
