Juvenile Record and FINRA
So I am being offered a job but it will require me to be licensed by FINRA. I want to accept but I want to make sure I'll be able to get licensed by FINRA. The Juvenile case was for Burglary of an automobile when I was 16. It has been over 10 years since the incident and regret it every day. Since then I have not been in any trouble and have found success with my current company.
I am past the 10 year statutory disqualification requirement but I would like to be sure.
Does anyone have any experience with this or know if I will be able to be licensed by FINRA
Thank you for any help.
You will be fine, I got screen by FINRA for a job I just accepted. The screening process seemed pretty pathetic if you ask me. I have some minor charges on my record from 16-18 and none of those were asked about.
What kind of ghetto piece of dogshit breaks into a car?
cool reply? it was 10+ years ago and he was 16..
You should be fine, since it's been 10 years. Don't worry about it.
I'm pretty sure you’re good as long as it was in a state with youthful offender adjournments.
