Keeping track of monthly expenses

As many people in the Finance Industry, I too have a habit of Champagne and Strippers (not co***ne because its bad for the heart), this has led me to spend more than I would like to in some occasions. Having a negative cash flow is not my thing and I don't want to get into debt and sacrifice future growth for some fun in the present.
Now I have a cleverly designed "Income statement" in a fancy app called Excel from Microsoft, however, I do believe this cash flow statement could be improved and it's here where I ask the contributions of members of the community so that I can create the ultimate Cashflow statement. Please attach in your comments the Excel Spreadsheet you use to track monthly spending. Thanks!
