Knopman Vs. STC for series 79?

So I need to pass my Series 79 and 63 in the next 3 weeks and need to know which prep course is better for my situation. Is knopman worth it over STC if i dont go to the 3 day course? The course times offered for knopman wont be in time for my test date but the stc one will be. Is knopman that much better without the class or is the class the thing that makes or breaks this course?

Also, is it worth really reading the book? I was considering just skimming most of the book then diving straight into practice questions and learning that way.

I studied and passed both using knopman in 3 weeks without taking any classes. If you have a basic understanding of the industry, you can read/study half of the book. The practice problems were much more beneficial than reading the entire book imo. I would suggest taking a practice test, see the sections where you are struggling and focus on that.

Some people say the 63 is tricky, personally I didn't think it was terribly difficult. I studied for about 2 days and only did practice questions and reviewed those.
